2025/2026 Registration


The 2025/2026 schedule has been released and LOFT Academy applications are open.

Registration for 2025/2026 will open according to the following schedule.

30 May 2025 – Pre-Registration opens at 6:00pm. Closes on June 4 at 12:00noon.
For any dancers registering in the same discipline as in the 2025 spring semester, regardless of level. (example: If you were registered in Ballet, you may register for Ballet). Please be advised that there will be a $25 transfer fee if you decide to change between disciplines at any point after initial registration, including pre-registration and family registration weeks.
TA Applications open on 30 May 2025.

5 June 2025 – Family Registration opens at 6:00pm. Closes on June 11 at 12:00noon.
This is for dancers registered in the 2025 spring semester and their immediate family members to register for class or new dance disciple. (example: If you were in Hip-Hop, but would like to take Worship. Also, for a sibling who didn’t take a class last season).

12 June 2025 – OPEN Registration at 6:00pm. Registration is open for everyone. Join us!

NOTE: All requests will be time stamped based on when forms are received. No registration, transfer, or withdrawal will be processed without a form. Please refer to the Payment & Refund Policy below prior to registering.

Our registrations are processed manually. The form answers will be automatically sent to your email when submitted, this means we have received your form. We process registrations as quickly as possible, please understand that it may be 3-5 days before you receive confirmation regarding your registration status. 

If you receive an invoice from us, that is confirmation that you are registered. If placed on a waiting list, you will be sent an email. Note that spaces available listed on the schedule are subject to change, a spot may have come available, even if it says WL and you may be placed on a waiting list even if spaces show available. Waiting lists help us to determine where additional classes need to be added to the schedule.

If, for some reason, you are not able to continue with the class(es) registered, please complete the Withdrawal form. Please note that all withdrawals are subject to the applicable fees as per our Payment & Refund Policy below.

Prices reflect the cost for the entire 2025/2026 Season which starts the week of 15 September 2025 until May 2026.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Solo (one dancer):
$630 for a set of 10 lessons. Additional lessons are $70 each. 

Duo (two dancers):
$1,080 for a set of 10 lessons ($540 per dancer). Additional lessons are $120 each ($60 per dancer)

Trio (three dancers):
$1,350 for a set of 10 lessons ($450 per dancer). Additional lessons are $150 each ($50 per dancer)

BIRTHDAY PARTY

$350 (for up to 15 children, 3 year old and up (including the birthday child)).

2 hour birthday party. First 15 minutes for welcoming guests, 45 minute dance class and games with a teacher. One hour of time for cake and gifts. 

Times are based on availability. Maximum of 25 people in total including all children and adults. 

$50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. $300 due on or before the birthday party.

At LOFT Studios, we know the value of dance. We want everyone to be able to participate. 
We are able to accept and arrange payment through many homeschool programs. 
We can also accept Grant Funding. If there is a financial need, visit Jumpstart or I.SPARC for more information and to apply.

Payment Schedule and Refund Policy

PAYMENT POLICY: Fall & Spring Semesters

  • A Registration Fee of $25 is required for each dancer for every class registered, including transfers of classes. The late Registration Fee for joining in January for the Spring semester is $45.
  • Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Registration Fees are due upon invoice. This is for registration (not based on attendance) and is due, even if you withdraw.
  • Requests to transfer between classes will be charged a Transfer Fee of $25, and must be submitted via a Registration Request Form. Please be advised that there will be a $25 transfer fee if you decide to change between disciplines at any point after initial registration, including the pre-registration and family registration weeks.
  • A Registration Request Form must be completed for ALL registration related requests, including Registration into a class and Transfers between classes.
  • A Withdrawal Request must be submitted via a Withdrawal Form.  
  • All Registration and Withdrawal requests are processed and/or effective based on the time stamp that we receive the form. 
  • Costume fees are for all performing classes. These fees are due as per the payment schedule and non-refundable even if a student does not participate in the recitals. 
  • Payments are due as listed on the Payment Schedule. LOFT Studios reserves the right to refuse service if payments are not received by the due date. 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Fall & Spring Semesters

2025/2026 Dance Season, the payment schedule is as follows: 

  • Registration Fees are due upon invoice. Non-refundable. Non-Transferable.
  • Fall 2024 Fees (Tuition & Costume fee) are due 20 September 2025
  • Spring 2025 Fees (Tuition & Costume fee) are due 30 January 2026

All Registrations are automatically enrolled for both the Fall and Spring semesters. Payments will be divided between TWO invoices. 

  • The 1st invoice includes the Registration and Fall fees and will be sent at the time of registration. 
  • The 2nd invoice includes Spring fees and will be sent in December. 
  • Late registrations starting in January for the Spring semester will receive one invoice with late registration fee and Spring fees.
  • If you prefer to pay for the full year in September, you may request that on your registration form. 

PAYMENT POLICY: Spring Break, Summer, Camp, Workshop, Intensive, Adult Drop-in

  • Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
    • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Consideration will be given to withdrawal with a doctor’s note, at a pro-rated, per class rate, less deposits/administration fee.
  • All Registration and Withdrawal Requests must be submitted via a Registration Request Form.  

PAYMENT POLICY: Private Lessons

  • All private lessons start in a set of 10, and are 45 minutes. There is an option to add additional lessons at the applicable rate.
  • The set of 10 dates will be determined before lessons begin and are to be completed within a semester (Fall or Spring). 
  • Payment is due upon invoice and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • One class may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. No additional classes may be rescheduled, even with 24 hours notice. Any classes cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled.

PAYMENT POLICY: Picture Day

  • Picture order payments are due upon invoice and are non-refundable. There are no re-takes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made using one of the following methods: 

  • eTransfers to invoicing@loftstudiosinc.ca with keyword FAITHTRUST
  • Cheques payable to LOFT Studios Inc.
  • Cash 

REFUND POLICY

LOFT Studios Inc will issue a refund in accordance with the following refund policy:

  • Notification of Withdrawal must be made by completing a Withdrawal Form.
  • The official date of Withdrawal is effective based on the time-stamp of the completed Withdrawal form. 
  • For the Fall / Spring Seasons, a pro-rated refund may be given up to the third consecutive week of class. After the third class, no refunds will be given.
    • A per class fee of $13 per 30-minute class, $16.50 per 45-minute class and $20 per 60-minute class that has taken place (not based on attendance) will be charged through the end of the third consecutive class after the Invoice date. 
    • Consideration will be given to withdrawal past the third week of class if there are medical reasons. A refund of remaining classes, less the classes that have taken place (not based on attendance) and administrative fee, will be issued with receipt of a signed and dated doctor’s note and a completed Withdrawal Form.
  • Spring Break, Summer, Camps, Workshops, Intensives, Adult Drop-in fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Consideration will be given to withdrawal with a doctor’s note, and on a pro-rated rate less deposit/administrative fee.
  • Any classes cancelled due to Health Officials and Government Regulated standards will be credited back to accounts at the end of the semester at a rate of $7 per 30 minute class, $9.50 per 45-minute class, $11.50 per 60-minute class and $15.50 per 90-minute class.
  • Weather and unforeseen circumstances may result in LOFT Studios Inc cancelling classes for the safety of students and teachers.
    • Parents/Adult students will be notified as soon as a decision is reached. 
    • These classes are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
  • All recital tickets are non-refundable.

LOFT GEAR (Clothing or Merchandise)

  • Payments are due at the time of purchase.
  • Pre-orders are due within 7 days of invoice date. 
  • All LOFT merchandise and clothing are final sale.

DISCOUNTS: Fall & Spring Semesters

  • Multi Class Discount – Any single student registered in 3 or more classes will receive a 10% discount on the least expensive class. 
  • Family Discount – Any family with 3 or more students registered will receive a 10% discount on the least expensive class. Please note that this discount is for immediate family only; cousins and close family friends do not count towards a family discount.
